Guiliani Says Trump Can Build The Wall By Executive Order

So, here we go. Former mayor of New York City and Trump campaign advisor Rudolph Guiliani says on CNN on the topic of president-elect Donald Trump‘s first 100 days in The White House, The Trump Administration. In an interview with Chris Cuomo on New Day, Mr Guiliani suggested that Mr Trump will not need to to get past bipartisan opposition in Congress to build the wall that he has promised throughout his campaign, between the border of the United States & Mexico.

CNN reported that Mr Guiliani stated:

“Well, he can do it by executive order by just reprogramming money within the, within the immigration service, And not only that, they have actually approved a wall for certain portions of the border that hasn’t even been built yet. So you could take a year building that out, with what has been approved.”
