FBI Found No Criminal Intent In Further Clinton Emails Investigation

The Guardian reported that FBI and head James Comey have completed their review of the further emails found on the laptop computer of their Anthony Weiner during another criminal investigation. The emails were made by Mrs Clinton aide Huma Abedin, wife of Anthony Weiner. It was suggested that some emails may have been duplicates of the originals found in July at the initial investigation.

James Comey has stated that the conclusion has not changed since that of the July investigation which found no criminal intent by Mrs Clinton with the use of a private email server during her tenure as secretary of state. The investigation was re-opened on October 28, 2016, only eleven days before the General Election to choose the next president of the United States. The Guardian has reported that within the Federal Bureau of Investigation that there is “deep antipathy” towards Mrs Clinton, one agent declaring the FBI as “Trumpland”.

The Guardian further reports that troubles for the bureau are just beginning. James Comey faced sharp criticism and was accused of partisanship by leading Democrats.
