Brad Pitt Emphatically Denies Striking His Children.

According to a source confiding in PageSix of The New York Post, actor Brad Pitt admitted to shouting at his children but denies ever striking them, to investigators. An alleged reported incident was said to have happened on September 14, 2016 during a transatlantic flight that the family were on. It is said that the couple’s his eldest son Maddox involved himself in an argument between his parents, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. Mr Pitt admitted to raising his voice and is stunned by the allegations of him striking his children. Mr Pitt is said to have been inebriated.

The incident was allegedly reported to the Los Angeles Department of Children & Family Services anonymously. People Magazine has reported that Mr Pitt was accused of being “verbally abusive” and getting “physical” with one of his children. The FBI are also involved in an investigation due to the incident being during a transatlantic flight. About the investigation by the LADCFS, a source has told People Magazine:

He takes the matter very seriously and says he did not commit any abuse of his children. It’s unfortunate that people involved are continuing to present him in the worst possible light.

The FBI have given this statement:

In response to your inquiry regarding allegations within the special aircraft jurisdiction of the United States; specifically, an aircraft carrying Mr. Brad Pitt and his children, the FBI is continuing to gather facts and will evaluate whether an investigation at the federal level will be pursued.

In a report at Us Magazine, a source has told them that the Los Angeles Department of Children & Family Services had begun an investigation but after interviewing the two parents, decided not to continue.

Sources have said that Mr Pitt is seeking joint physical custody of the couple’s six children while Ms Jolie has petitioned for sole physical custody.
