Artist Violet Overn Addresses Campus Sexual Abuse In New Work.

Artist Violet Overn created a series of works titled Fraternity Houses that was featured in the Huffington Post, showing compositions with a disturbing scene in which the artist herself appears ‘passed out’ in front of fraternity houses associated with the University of Southern California, amongst strewn plastic cups.

The photo images are stark and a sharp reminder of the statistics that 1 in 5 women experience sexual assault while in college.
